Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Pulsar Bridge and related software, integrations, websites, and services operated by Federal Bid Partners.

1. Service scope

Pulsar Bridge provides telephony and CRM integration capabilities, analytics, and workflow tooling. Features may change over time. We may add, update, or retire features when necessary for reliability, security, or product direction.

You retain ownership of your business data. You authorize Pulsar Bridge to process data necessary to run integrations, sync records, and provide analytics and operational features.

5. Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a written agreement.

6. Availability and support

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and upstream platform outages may affect availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulsar Bridge is provided "as is" and liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the service during the prior three months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service access. We may suspend access for security incidents, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms.
