How rollout works

1. Event normalization

RingCentral sessions, presence events, and call logs are normalized into a common schema.

2. Contact resolution

Phone numbers are deduplicated and mapped to the correct CRM records.

3. Activity writeback

Call notes, transcript snippets, and outcomes are written with idempotent sync rules.

4. Workflow automation

Post-call actions and analytics can trigger follow-ups, tasks, and scoring pipelines.
